We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team in Lyon, Illinois. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a passion for helping others and making a difference in a patient’s daily life.

Job Details:

• Pay: $20.75 per hour, paid by the State

• Location: Lyon, Illinois

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities such as dressing, meal preparation, and bathing.

  • Help with turning and repositioning patients in bed.

  • Assist with mobility and transfers using the Hoyer electric lift.

  • Provide routine tracheostomy care, including suctioning when necessary.

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for the patient, including light laundry.

  • Be able to push a scooter up a ramp.

  • Willingness to drive the patient to medical appointments, run errands (such as picking up lunch), or simply provide companionship on outings.

    
    
    

Qualifications:

• Experience as a CNA or in a similar role is preferred.

• Must have a caring attitude, patience, and the ability to provide high-quality care.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and mobility assistance.

• Must be willing to travel for patient needs.
