Now Hiring: Cleaning & Maintenance Staff – Condominium in Fort Lauderdale, FL

A condominium located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is currently interviewing candidates for a Cleaning and Maintenance position focused on common areas (this role does not include cleaning inside residential units).

We’re looking for someone dependable, hard-working, and physically capable of performing maintenance and janitorial tasks around the property.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (approx. 31 kg)

• Ability to push garbage bins weighing up to 500 lbs (approx. 227 kg)

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Prior experience in general maintenance or janitorial work is a plus

Pay: $16 per hour
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Schedule: Full-time hours available
