We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and order in two residential buildings located in Delray Beach (ZIP 33444). This is a great opportunity to join a professional team and take pride in keeping a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Location: Delray Beach, FL (2 buildings with 98 total units)
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles (multi-site experience is a plus)

• Ability to travel reliably between properties as needed

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor
