We are looking to hire a General Maintenance Worker for a commercial property in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a contract position ideal for someone motivated, reliable, and ready to work outdoors.

Pay: $125 per day / $625 per week

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Entry-Level)

Responsibilities include:
• Parking lot cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Painting
• Grass cutting

Requirements:
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
• No experience needed, but must be willing to learn
• Must have a valid work permit
• Must be under 40 years old (preferred)
• Must live near Pompano Beach – applicants from Miami or West Palm Beach will not be considered
• Must be able to work full-time Monday to Friday
• Must speak Spanish
