A well-established roofing company is currently hiring experienced Roofing Mechanics to join their team across Central Florida, including Lakeland, Tampa, Orlando, and Kissimmee.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in TPO membrane welding is required.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

This position offers steady work for skilled professionals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be familiar with roofing tools and installation procedures, and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
