Position Overview:

As a Food Truck Employee, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the food truck. You will be responsible for cooking, plating dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, mobile kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook: Prepare and cook food items according to the food truck’s menu.
• Plate: Ensure that all food is properly plated and ready for service.
• Clean: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all food safety standards.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Availability: Must be available to work from Monday to Sunday, with one day off during the week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Experience in cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
