We are currently seeking Welders and Steel/Aluminum Assemblers to join our high-production plant in Miami, FL. If you have experience in welding and assembly work and are looking for a stable, full-time position, this is a great opportunity for you!

Position Overview:

As a Welder or Assembler, you will be responsible for welding and assembling steel and aluminum parts for various projects. This is a fast-paced environment where precision and attention to detail are essential to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding: Perform high-quality welding on steel and aluminum materials, following safety procedures and technical specifications.
• Assembly: Assemble steel and aluminum components with attention to accuracy and quality.
• Production Efficiency: Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring that work is done correctly and safely.
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in welding and assembly of steel and aluminum parts is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.) and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable and committed to the work schedule.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
