This is a key position responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold dishes while ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of food from the kitchen to our customers. The right candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in executing high-quality dishes consistently.

Position Overview:

As a Line Cook, your role will involve preparing food items according to our menu specifications and ensuring that each dish is executed to perfection. You will also serve as a food expeditor, making sure orders are completed and sent out promptly. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be crucial in this multifaceted role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes in accordance with our menu.
• Ensure food is prepared and plated in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
• Assist in food preparation and dispatching dishes during busy periods.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• A passion for cooking and delivering high-quality food to customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Compensation:

• Pay rate: $22/hour.
