Position Overview:

As a Server at FL Cafe, you will play an essential role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and communicating with both the kitchen staff and customers to ensure smooth operations. We’re looking for candidates who are dependable, efficient, and enthusiastic about delivering top-notch service.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar server role.
• Barista experience is a must – ability to prepare and serve coffee drinks with precision.
• Must be comfortable working with a POS system, receiving orders, and handling payments.
• Must be able to handle food safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and the kitchen team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
